Norberto Diaz was not satisfied in being only a great elementary school teacher. He knew that he could do more with the talent that he was given. He saw and took interest in the bigger picture and participated in many curriculum committees before becoming a beloved principal in the Newark, NJ educational system.
Known as "Bert" to those close to him, he thrived on his Latin music. And it was this musical talent that he brought to his students, who were eager subjects. For over 20 years, Mr. Diaz has been involved in the New Jersey public school system, always putting his students before anything else. His energetic personality has been an asset in both the school system and the community to which he has been devoted.
Norberto Diaz is an educator and musician who is dedicated to keeping his students in school and performing to the best of their ability.
